LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 20, 2023) — Taking good care of your teeth and gums can be critical to a long life of health and wellness. Nearly half of all adults show signs of gum disease, and more than 1 in 4 adults have untreated tooth decay. To prevent these conditions from causing serious health issues, it is important to follow good dental hygiene habits.
Here are some tips to keep your teeth and gums healthy:
